All code, content, trademarks and logos visible on PerfectFit are the property of their respective rights holders. The product images shown in the demos (Celio, etc.) remain the property of their original brands and are used for commercial demonstration purposes only.
When using the recommendation widget, PerfectFit processes: entered body measurements (chest, waist, etc.), a reference size in a known brand, uploaded photos (contribution mode), and the email address if the user saves their profile. No data is sold to third parties.
Article 6.1.b GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request) for size recommendation. Article 6.1.a (consent) for saving the user profile and sending marketing emails — explicit opt-in, one-click unsubscribe.
Anonymous recommendation data: 24 months. User profiles with an account: account lifetime + 12 months after deletion. Vercel technical logs: 30 days.
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing. To exercise these rights: privacy@perfectfit.local. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
PerfectFit does not set advertising tracking or third-party analytics cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for operation (authenticated Supabase session, widget preferences) are set.
